These stainless-steel hydraulic fittings are ISO-9001 certified per our customer’s specific needs and requirements. We offer fittings to a wide variety of industries and can supply them to standard or custom specifications. We offer these fittings to US, European and Asian markets worldwide.
Brass, Bronze & OEM Valves
Our manufacturing partner for our Standard brass valves, bronze valves and OEM valves produced these valves with automatic state of the art production machinery and CNC machining centers. With over 350 employees working in a beautiful 40,000 square meters facility, they have an excellent reputation that they have built by exporting quality goods since 2003.
Sand Casting
Sand Casting is typically used to produce larger products utilizing Steel, Iron, Brass, and Aluminum. Molten metal is then poured into a mold cavity formed out of sand. The cavity in the sand is formed by using a pattern which is an approximate duplication of the actual part.
Die Casting
Die casting uses metal as the mold as opposed to using sand. The diversity of design is limited to pattern allowable in utilization of metal. The metal is injected into the mold under high pressure. This results in a more uniform part, generally good surface finish and good dimensional accuracy.
Investment Casting
Investment casting is known as the lost wax program. This process is one of the oldest manufacturing processes. The Egyptians used it in the time of the pharaohs to make gold jewelry (hence the name investment) some 5,000 years ago.
Sheet Metal Stamping
Sheet metal stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching utilizing a machine press or stamping press, blanking embossing, bending, flanging, and coining.
Forging
Forging is the manufacturing process where metal is pressed, pounded or squeezed under great pressure into high strength parts known as forgings. The process is normally performed hot by preheating the metal to a desired temperature before it is worked.

To partner a project with us you will only need 50% of the tooling cost down to get your project started. We do not invoice the balance until you have the product and are 100% satisfied.
Quality Control
First article inspection is done prior to leaving the manufacturing facility then undergoes a second inspection by our in-house engineering team to ensure desired quality.
